Fine views of the Jungfrau from the balcony! No air conditioning in the room made it warm at night.

Amazing and beautiful location in Interlaken really close to Interlaken's historic northern suburb, the river between lakes Brienz and restaurants or train station.

I didn't want to say goodbye, spent really good time and can recommend. Impeccably clean and well-equipped place and the breakfast was generous. The location met the purpose, it was relatively quiet and absolutely gorgeous too close to mountain.

No air conditioning in the rooms!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues are annoying!!! Inconsistent room assignments upon arrival make it frustrating!!! The limited parking availability made things inconvenient!!!

Hotel was friendly and realaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was very good with a lovely selction of bread, cheeses, etc. Location was lovely overlooking the river very nice at breakfast. Free coffee and tea in the afternoon was a nice touch. The hotel was close to town but was situated in quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom was a bit small but okay.

The owners genuinely care , offering really good hospitality and personalized local recommendations. The apartment boasts amazing river and mountain views.

Lack of air conditioning made the nights uncomfortable, and inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity often required us to go to the lobby for better access.

The staff was nice and helpful. Location was really good and was easy to be founded. Located close to the city center but in a quite area. Nice surrounding.

The apartment was spacious and had beautiful views that made mornings feel special. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace and the garden area was great for unwinding after a busy day exploring. The only downside was that the kitchen could have used a few more essentials for cooking, but it didn't really take away from our awesome stay. 😊

The hotel has an excellent outlook being right on the River Aare with only a walking and cycling track in front, thus being very quiet, but in close walking distance to shops and restaurants in central Interlaken via a footbridge over the river and also only a 15 to 20 minute walk to Interlaken Ost railway station. Our room (4th floor) had a great view of the mountains including the Jungfrau and a good sized balcony. The hotel also has a very nice riverfront guests' lounge. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and there was a good breakfast buffet as well as free tea, coffee and cakes in the lounge in the afternoon. There is also free wifi internet.

The building and rooms are a bit dated. Although very quiet there is some noise from trains on the rail bridge over the river. It was reasonably expensive, however probably comparable to Switzerland generally and Interlaken in particular. The south east facing (I.E. riverfront) rooms have such a good view that they are well worth paying extra for.

Excellent staff and customer care techniques. Outstanding view for the southern rooms. Very beautiful landscapes of the top of Europe as well as the river. Breakfast is good, including the hall as well. Hotel was recently renovated and we could feel that it has become a 4 star hotel for sure.

Breakfast is still lacking free boiled eggs, as they are sold for 2 SFR for each.

Strongly recommend for a walk in evening

Spacious room, fine views, the breakfast area offered a good selection of local products while being conveniently located near a bus station.

Overall had really good stay during our 2 day visit. The rooms were extremely pleasant and nicely decorated with superb views across the river through the natural gap in the local mountains. We loved comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was near to the East and where train starts running fr 6am till around 10-11pm.

The location was great and the satff was outstanding!!
